Das Leben verläuft nicht immer nur gerade aus.

Auf meinem bisherigen Lebensweg durfte ich schon viele Erfahrungen machen, hab vieles gesehen und hab vieles erlebt. Positives wie Negatives – aber alle Erfahrungen, ob gut oder nicht so gut, haben mich zu dem Menschen geformt der ich heute bin.

Somatische Empathie bedeutet, andere zu verstehen, indem man fühlt was sie fühlen.
Aber verstehen kann man nur, was man selber schon erlebt und erfahren hat.

Mein Leben hat mich vieles gelehrt und mich so viele verschiedene Gefühle erleben lassen, die ich jetzt in meinem Erfahrungsschatz bewahren und auch teilen darf.

Shiatsu betrachtet uns Menschen als Einheit bestehend aus Körper, Geist und Seele. Die Tatsache, dass immer der ganze Mensch im Fokus steht und nicht nur ein Symptom hat mich zu Shiatsu geführt. Die Berührung, das aufgehoben sein, das Verständnis und die Aufmerksamkeit auf das große Ganze hat meine Leidenschaft geweckt. Ich liebe es mit Menschen arbeiten zu dürfen. Ihnen die Aufmerksamkeit zu schenken die sie verdienen, macht mich glücklich.

Also warum Feel Free?

Ich sehne mich nach Freiheit. Das streben vom frei sein steckt in vielen von uns.
Freiheit bedeutet für jeden etwas anderes.
Frei sein von Zwängen, dem Druck der Gesellschaft, Schmerzen, Ängsten, Spannung, dem Druck zu „müssen“ und noch so vielem mehr.

Ich würde mich freuen ein Stück deines Weges mit dir gemeinsam gehen zu dürfen und dich zu unterstützen und zu stärken um deine eigene Freiheit zu finden.
